Appliance Shark is a growing appliance and repair company in Kansas City, and we’re looking for one sharp, driven Office Sales Coordinator to be the engine of our front-end operations. This isn’t a sit-and-answer-phones role. You’ll be the first voice customers hear, the person closing appointments, and the one keeping our team organized and moving.

What You’ll Actually Do:
- Handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into booked appointments and sales (yes, there’s commission for this)
- Own the front desk — you set the tone for every customer interaction
- Manage scheduling, records, follow-ups, and correspondence using QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Support the owner and technicians so nothing falls through the cracks
- Be the glue that holds daily operations together
What We’re Looking For:
- Someone who picks up the phone and sells — not just answers it
- 2+ years of office, admin, or customer-facing experience
- Comfort with QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a serious advantage — we’ll pay for it
- A person who gets things done without being told twice
