We are a growing boutique wealth management firm seeking a hard-working, well-presented, and professional Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a client-focused environment.
Our team thrives on face-to-face interaction and works together in the office daily.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Meeting and greeting clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience
- Preparing tea and coffee for clients and visitors
- Ensuring meeting rooms are tidy and organised
- Booking and managing meeting room schedules
- Managing office supplies, including stationery, kitchen, and toiletries
- Handling daily mail and post office runs
- Processing client information updates (e.g. contact details, addresses)
- Data entry and maintaining accurate client records
- Processing client applications
- Following up with clients as required
About You:
- Well presented with a professional and friendly manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proactive with a willingness to learn and grow
- Previous receptionist / administrative or client service experience is preferred but not essential
