Role Description This is a full-time, hybride Office Personal Assistant role based in Athens. The Office Personal Assistant will support senior leaders with day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and organizing both internal and external appointments. The role involves handling correspondence, preparing documents and presentations, maintaining files and records, and assisting with reports and basic data entry. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, helping to prioritize tasks, track deadlines, and ensure smooth office operations. Additional responsibilities may include arranging meetings and events, managing office supplies, and providing general support to visiting team members.

Qualifications

  • Strong Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, with experience supporting leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and a professional, service-oriented approach.
  • Effective Diary Management capabilities, including scheduling, prioritizing appointments, and coordinating multiple calendars.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, such as organizing files, managing correspondence, preparing documents, and handling basic office systems.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) and comfort with learning new tools.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role; experience in professional services or hospitality is an advantage.
  • Ability to work on-site in Athens and collaborate effectively with a diverse, international team.
