Front Desk Receptionist – Office & Hospitality Support

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Full-Time | In-Person | Monday–Friday (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Weekends Off + Paid Holidays

Overview

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join a modern, professional workspace environment focused on hospitality, client experience, and smooth daily operations.

What You’ll DoFront Desk & Client Experience

  • Greet all guests, members, and clients with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer phones, emails, and in-person inquiries in a helpful and timely manner
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lounge area
  • Assist visitors with check-in and general information
  • Provide a consistently positive first impression for everyone entering the space

Office & Administrative Support

  • Assist with basic office tasks such as printing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Help manage supplies and restocking for the office
  • Support daily operations to keep the workspace running smoothly
  • Assist with simple troubleshooting or coordination with building support when needed

Mail & Package Handling

  • Receive, log, and distribute mail and packages for members and clients
  • Assist with scanning and uploading mail for virtual office clients
  • Ensure secure and accurate handling of all deliveries

Meetings & Events Support

  • Greet meeting and event guests and provide hospitality support
  • Help prepare meeting rooms (setup, seating, basic AV readiness, cleanliness)
  • Assist with event flow before, during, and after scheduled bookings
  • Support staff in ensuring a smooth client experience for meetings and events
