Jones Roll-Off Containers, Inc. is growing! We are seeking an organized Office Assistant to help support our daily business operations. In this role, you will be a vital part of our team, keeping our administrative tasks on track and helping us deliver excellent service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule dumpster deliveries and pick ups.
- Keep precise, up-to-date records of all customer files and work orders.
- Perform office management tasks and date entry via Google Suite and QuickBooks.
- Assist team members with various clerical duties to keep the office running efficiently.
- Organize office supplies and maintain a tidy workspace
Requirements
- Previous experience managing administrative duties in an office setting.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage your schedule effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred, though not mandatory.
- Friendly, professional communication style when assisting clients.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a structured approach to workflow.
Job Type: Part-time
