The Learning Village is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This person will be the first point of contact for families, staff, and visitors, so we are looking for someone warm, professional, dependable, and tech-savvy.
Requirements:
- Must speak English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail
- Very organized and able to multitask
- Friendly, welcoming, and professional attitude
- Comfortable communicating with parents and staff
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Comfortable using Google Workspace, Canva, email, spreadsheets, and basic office software
- Experience in childcare, school administration, or front desk is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Greet families, children, staff, and visitors with a positive attitude
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails
- Help schedule tours and follow up with interested families
- Support enrollment paperwork and parent communication
- Keep the office and front desk areas organized
- Assist with attendance, files, forms, and daily administrative tasks
- Help create or update simple flyers, documents, and communications
- Communicate important information to the director and teachers
- Help maintain a smooth, welcoming, and professional school environment

Pay: $17.00 – $19.50 per hour
