What You’ll Do as the Office Manager
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative functions
- The Office Manager will coordinate meetings, schedules, and internal communications
- Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates
- Assist with onboarding, including new hire paperwork and orientation coordination
- The Office Manager will maintain employee files and ensure HR records are accurate and up to date
- Help administer benefits and respond to employee questions
- The Office Manager will support payroll coordination, time-off tracking, and employee updates
- Assist with HR compliance, reporting, and special projects
What We’re Looking For in an Office Manager
- 2+ years of office management, administrative, or HR support experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is a plus
