Touch Up property management is a Home Improvement company and property management company, we become houses in homes for our Customers, and care buildings and properties.

we are in the business for +7 years , we are looking for highly motivated detail-oriented person to perform a variety of office admin tasks.

Looking for Proactive person, open to learn, grow economic and professional, starting with a base 17.00 per hour, under trial for 1 month and depending of the ability we can increase the rate.

Responsibilities
– Assist project manager with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining project files.
– Provide support in project coordination, including tracking project timelines, updating project status reports, and communicating with team members and customers.
– Utilize computer skills to input and manage project data in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
– Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients or team members as needed.
– Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing documents, and assisting with bilingual correspondence.

-keep the internal accountability updated daily.

Required Experience:

– Excellent Computer skills is a must

-Creative with social media
– Excellent knowledge of Excel
– Experience with Quickbooks

-Experience doing Payroll
– Six months to one year of administrative experience preferred
– Bilingual (Speak fluent Spanish)
– Strong communication skills
– Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development

Ability to Relocate:

  • Union City, NJ 07087: Relocate before starting work (Required)

Office under construction in North Bergen, temporary office at 317 4th st Union City NJ

Payment: 1099 or cash

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
