Key Responsibilities for the Office Manager:

• Manage accounts receivable, including collections and past-due follow-ups

• Initiate and coordinate credit applications and preliminary notices

• Oversee daily bank deposits, cashiering, and cash drawer balancing

• Review sales orders and ensure accurate cash handling

• Handle miscellaneous payables and office financial coordination

• Serve as the onsite liaison with corporate teams and third-party notice vendors

Qualifications for the Office Manager:

• Prior experience in office management with accounting or AR exposure
