Office Manager

Location: Fully onsite role located in Columbus, OH
Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable, hands‑on Office Manager to support daily operations and HR‑related functions for a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone with a strong HR and office administration background who enjoys being the go‑to person, creating a welcoming environment, and keeping things running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Manager:

  • Process weekly payroll
  • Administer 401(k) plans and health insurance benefits
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding, including HR documentation and system updates
  • Support hiring activities including writing job descriptions, recruiting support, and preparing offer letters
  • Handle general administrative and office management duties as needed, including coordinating events and managing supplies

Required Qualifications of the Office Manager:

  • Prior HR experience including payroll and 401k administration
  • Proven background in office administration or office management
  • Positive, professional, and welcoming demeanor
