Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. This vital role requires a proactive individual who excels in multitasking, maintains exceptional attention to detail, and fosters a welcoming atmosphere for coworkers, customers, and visitors. You will be responsible for ensuring office functions are completed accurately, completing clerical tasks, and supporting various departments to achieve operational excellence. QuickBooks experience is required. Pay is based on experience.

Duties

  • Handle data entry, bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, and perform basic administrative support such as filing documents and preparing reports.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, procurement, and filing systems to maintain organization and efficiency.
  • Supervise clerical staff and delegate tasks related to filing, photocopying, and document management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Coordinate any maintenance needed for buildings, process invoices, manage petty cash and monitor expenses.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online accounting software and bookkeeping practices.
  • Ability to maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable. Specifically invoice processing, paying vendors, payment processing and occasional collections.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service and support across various departments.

Pay: $57,218.08 – $75,950.80 per year
