Office Admin / Customer Service Representative

**Pay:** $18 – $22 per hour

**Location:** Conshohocken, PA

**Type:** Full-time (immediate start preferred)

**Main Responsibilities:**

– Answer phones and speak with homeowners in a friendly, professional manner

– Schedule painting and repair estimates

– Help customers determine if they are in our service area (Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties)

– General office tasks and organization

**What We’re Looking For:**

– Friendly and professional phone presence

– Good knowledge of the local Tri-County area (Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties)

– Familiar with **Google Workspace** (Gmail, Google Calendar, Drive, etc.)

– Knowledge of home improvement, painting, or restoration industry is a big plus

– Comfortable using a computer and learning our scheduling system

– Reliable, detail-oriented, and a quick learner

Previous office experience and local candidates preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)
  • Construction painting: 1 year (Preferred)
