Position Summary
IMPART Alliance is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to support our department by coordinating schedules, facilitating communication, and managing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and the ability to collaborate effectively with faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth office operations and supporting the department’s initiatives.
Primary responsibilities include proving clerical support to all members of the leadership team, which will include scheduling meeting, handling meeting logistics, assisting with travel arrangements, ordering supplies and tracking inventory, managing communication and handing a variety of other important tasks to help streamline processes.
This position will require the ability to interact professionally with students, faculty, staff, and visitors. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities with minimal supervision and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge equivalent to that which normally would be acquired in the first two or three years in college, technical school or related field; six months to one year of related and progressively more responsible or expansive work experience in customer service or in performing tasks related to the area of employment; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Desired Qualifications
Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups of people. Experience with scheduling, payroll processing, and office management preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
