Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate customers calls for team members.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Handle phone calls with proper etiquette, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
  • Support office management tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering.
  • Utilize Google Workspace for document creation, collaboration, and communication.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while managing administrative tasks.
  • Assist with QuickBooks for basic financial tracking and reporting as needed.
  • Provide bilingual support when necessary to enhance communication with diverse clients.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent proofreading skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.

  • Previous experience as a auto dealer receptionist is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
