Duties & Responsibilities
Reception and Administrative Support
- Manage reception area
- Manager Boardroom Bookings
- Handle incoming/Outgoing calls
- Coordinate and liaise with office cleaner for refreshments
- Coordinate High level meetings
- In collaboration with Midrand Office Manager ensure that visitors are welcomed and arrangements are managed effectively
- Ad-Hoc duties might involve corporate travel
- Providing general administrative support to resourcing,
- Assist in coordinating any events or initiatives that the organisation undertakes throughout the year.
Office Maintenance and Procurement
- Manage mail distribution and receiving packages and deliveries
- Arrange couriers for deliveries and collections.
- Ensure that the entrance area, meeting, and boardroom is always stocked with informative reading material and is always kept in a presentable and professional state, reflecting the standard of Tsebo Group
- Liaise with the RD in coordinating building and premises and any maintenance and improvements
- Liaise with vendors, contractors and third-party service vendors
- Manage the maintenance of Office Equipment and Assets
- Order office supplies, organise workspace supplies and consumables
- Manage any security access requirements
Process Improvement
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers);
- Professional attitude and appearance;
- Solid written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks;
- Customer service focused;
- Attention to detail; and
- Develop, Implement and maintain efficient office procedures and filing systems.
Finance and Budget Management
- Liaise with Bookkeeper and ensure that invoices are processed
- Assist with any finance related task and tracking

Qualifications
Qualifications
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (minimum)
- Diploma in Office Administration dn related fields would be an added advantage
Work Experience
- 2-5 years’ experience in an administrative, reception or coordination role
- Proficiency in MS Office
