We are seeking an Office Co-Ordinator to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and formal documents
Be an expert typist, using standard form typing above 80 words per minute
Navigate a CRM such as House Call Pro efficiently
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Answer inbound calls and document customer responses in our CRM while wearing a headset.
Develop and implement organized filing systems.
Perform other office tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficient typist at least 80 WPM
At least 5 years of experience in office administration or related fields
Knowledge of social media
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word & Excel
Problem-solving skills
Must be bilingual
