Office Clerk Jobs in Ocala at AMSI
We are a very busy Automotive Accounting Department looking for a dependable and organized Office Clerk to support our day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of light administrative work and getting out of the office to run local business errands. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8 to 5.
Responsibilities:
- Scan and organize documents
- Handle basic filing and office organization
- Make bank deposit runs and handle occasional pickups
- Drop off and collect mail from the post office
- Run business-related errands (tag agency, local offices, etc.)
- Assist with general office support tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential documents with care
- Basic computer skills (scanning, emailing, file organization)
- Professional and friendly attitude
Preferred (but not required):
- Previous office or administrative experience
- Familiarity with local area and routes
