Job description:

Green Arrow is urgently hiring for an Office Assistant for our client in Fort Myers, FL

  • Monday – Friday (Saturday’s when needed)
  • $18 – $21/hour based on experience
  • Paid Weekly
  • Shift times (to be determined)

Office Assistant Job Description:

1. Answer all incoming phone calls. Enter service calls and dispatch as needed.

2. Greet visitors, vendors, and suppliers and direct accordingly.

3. Complete the dispatch board each day.

4. Filing, including creating and maintaining files.

5. Keep track of office supplies and give the Manager the weekly inventory/needs.

6. Run errands as needed for the office.

7. Assist with entering bid information into Service Titan, & anything he may need assistance with.

8. Assist with entering bid information into Service Titan, & anything he may need assistance with.

9. Track and request W9s & COIs from subcontractors before we can issue them payments.

10. Request COIs for contractors and send out. At the time of renewals, get updated COIs and send out to prevent lapses in payments to us.

11. Assist other staff members as needed.

12. Knowledge of computers including Spreadsheets, Word, Outlook, Teams, and will learn our internal program that we use, Service Titan.

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Construction: 1 year (Required)
  • Dispatching: 1 year (Required)
  • Service Titan: 1 year (Preferred)
