Responsibilities

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Responsible for answering phones, triage and directing calls
  • Learn products and be able to make recommendations
  • Help both residential and commercial customer resolve issues
  • Manage social media
  • Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
  • Reach out and interact with future clients

Skills

  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilities
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem solving.
  • Excellent social, communication and negotiation skills
  • English verbal and written communication skills are a must. Spanish is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Hours: M-F 8:00-5:00
  • SMOKE AND DRUG FREE WORK PLACE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
