We’re looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to be the heartbeat of our front office. You’ll be the first face clients see and the first voice they hear — so if you’re someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and keeping things running smoothly, this role was made for you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and welcome visitors, creating a warm and professional front desk experience
- Answer and route incoming calls with professionalism and care
- Perform accurate data entry and keep records current in our systems
- Handle filing, document organization, and office supply management
- Respond to client requests and support day-to-day customer service needs
- Use Google Suite for scheduling, communication, and document management
- Assist with Physical Therapy reception duties, including appointment coordination and patient record management
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and on the phone
- A customer-first attitude and the ability to build rapport quickly
- Experience with data entry and records management
- Comfort with clerical tasks and staying organized in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail)
- Prior experience as a medical or dental receptionist is a plus — but not required
