Office Assistant – Footwear Wholesale (Bilingual) Jobs in City of Industry, CA at Legend Footwear Inc

We have an immediate opening for a front office assistant. We are a women’s footwear wholesaler with 25 years of history and have about 35 employees. It is a nice friendly office environment.

Job Requirement:

* 1-2 years of office work experience

* Good communication Skill

* Basic Microsoft Word & Excel

* Must be fluent in English and speak either Spanish or Mandarin

Job Details:

* Answering, filtering, and forwarding calls

* Greeting walk-in customers

* Arranging Fedex, UPS, & trucking pickups & deliveries (will train)

* Invoice customers using OMS software (will train)

* Emailing & Filing customer invoices

* Ensuring restroom supplies are fully stocked

* General office administrative tasks

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
