Office Assistant for fast paced towing company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing administrative support.

Duties:
– Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars.
– Assist with order data entry tasks to ensure accurate and timely processing of information.
– Provide clerical support by organizing and maintaining files, documents, and records.
– Coordinate office supplies and inventory management.
– Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.

Experience:
– Previous experience in an office support role is preferred.
– Knowledge of order entry processes and data entry techniques.
– Experience working in a tow company/mechanic setting is a plus.
– Proficient in performing various clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
– Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
– Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
– Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
