Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to support daily operations in our logistics and warehouse coordination team.

This is an entry-level role focused on administrative support and basic coordination tasks. Candidates with light warehouse or office experience are welcome.

Responsibilities:

  • Data entry and maintaining internal records
  • Sending and replying to emails
  • Assisting with basic coordination (trucking quotes, scheduling support)
  • Organizing documents and simple administrative tasks
  • Supporting daily operations as needed

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Detail-oriented and responsible
  • Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
  • Entry-level candidates welcome
  • Candidates with warehouse or office experience are a plus
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Schedule:

  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday, up to 40 hours/week

Compensation:

  • $18–$21 per hour (based on experience)

Montebello / Los Angeles area

Start Date:
Immediate start preferred

Notes:

  • Currently offering hourly pay only
  • Simple training provided
