Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk to support daily operations in our logistics and warehouse coordination team.
This is an entry-level role focused on administrative support and basic coordination tasks. Candidates with light warehouse or office experience are welcome.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintaining internal records
- Sending and replying to emails
- Assisting with basic coordination (trucking quotes, scheduling support)
- Organizing documents and simple administrative tasks
- Supporting daily operations as needed
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (email, Excel, Google Sheets)
- Detail-oriented and responsible
- Able to follow instructions and complete tasks independently
- Entry-level candidates welcome
- Candidates with warehouse or office experience are a plus
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday, up to 40 hours/week
Compensation:
- $18–$21 per hour (based on experience)
