SureFix Garage Doors is a fast-growing garage door repair and installation company serving Utah County and surrounding areas. We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office & Marketing Assistant to join our team in-office.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow with a rapidly expanding local business and gain experience in operations, customer service, marketing, and administration.
Pay
$14–17 per hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday–Friday
- In-office position in Provo, UT
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls and assist with scheduling support
- Support the office manager and field technicians throughout the day
- Order garage doors, motors, and parts for sold jobs
- Help manage and post content to company Instagram/social media accounts
- Verify technician payroll information and daily reporting
- Track and verify field marketing/sticker placement data
- Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day office operations
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Social media experience is a plus
Preferred (Not Required)
- Customer service or office experience
- Experience with social media management
- Experience in home service industries is a bonus
