Knowledge of MS Office Applications
Performs tasks in Microsoft Word for Windows and Excel
Performs basic administrative tasks with minimal guidance
Data Entry
Audit and comparing notes to maintain accuracy
Propose inquiries to operations and management for clarifications an escalation of matters
Draft and Compose emails
Strong Communication Skills
Maintain a professional demeanor during client interaction
