O&P Glass is a family-owned glass company in our 48th year in the business. O&P Glass is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily operations. This position serves as a key resource for employees, management, and customers while assisting with administrative processes, HR functions, safety initiatives, office systems, and company compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies, mail, calendars, and company files.
  • Coordinate safety documentation, SOPs, inspections, and training records
  • Maintain company policies, procedures, and administrative systems
  • Assists with vehicle fleet, uniforms, and vendor relationships
  • Create reports, spreadsheets, forms, and other business documents
  • Support managers with special projects and process improvements
  • Help maintain a positive, organized, and efficient office environment

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer systems
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
