Duties

  • Greet visitors and clients professionally
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and courteously
  • Handle data entry tasks with accuracy using computer skills and office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Maintain organized filing and inventory systems, both digital and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, ordering materials, and maintaining cleanliness

Skills

  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills, including experience with multi-line phone systems
  • Previous office experience or clerical experience is preferred to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Personal assistant or administrative support experience enhances your ability to manage calendars and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
  • Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
