Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly at the front desk, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while directing calls accurately.
- Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain organized records and ensure accuracy.
- Support office management tasks such as calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Use computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
- Assist teachers in classrooms as needed.
Requirements
- Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management procedures.
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, data entry, and general office software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clients and team members effectively.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and customer service is essential.
- Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately.
