Company Description

Looking to hire an Office Assistant who can perform front desk and medical record duties for a Family Practice Medical Office. Immediate start preferred. Experience is a plus.

This position is suitable for someone seeking extra income, working 3-4 days per week, with Fridays off. Working hours are from 7:30 am to 5 pm on Tuesdays, with flexibility for half days or adjustable hours on other days.

Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time on-site role in Millbrook, AL. The Office Assistant will provide administrative support, manage office equipment, handle clerical tasks, and ensure effective communication via phone etiquette.
