We are currently looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant for our Kearny, NJ location. This individual will support office administration, bookkeeping, shipping, receiving and sales operations.

Requirement

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Quickbooks experience is a plus.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory management and invoicing functions in QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise.
  • Take incoming phone calls.
  • Support office tasks as requested by management.
  • Create shipments for outgoing products.
