We are seeking a motivated Office Administrator to join our team and support our daily operations.

Responsibilities – Office Administrator (Bilingual Spanish/English)

  • Take and make professional phone calls with clients and vendors
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks as needed
  • Maintain records, files, and internal databases
  • Assist with various analytical projects and reporting tasks
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties
  • Make collection calls as needed
  • Support office operations and help ensure an efficient workflow
  • Collaborate with team members and outside parties

Qualifications – Office Administrator (Bilingual Spanish / English)

Required:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Comfortable making collection calls and reconciling deposits

Preferred:

  • College degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s)
  • Experience with lending, loan documentation, mortgage-related services, or title company coordination
  • Previous bookkeeping, reconciliation, or collections experience
