Office Administrator Assistant – Bilingual (Portuguese) Required Jobs in Orlando at Stronghold Title Insurance Agency

Stronghold Title Agency is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires fluency in both English and Portuguese (spoken, written, and reading comprehension). Accuracy, professionalism, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter real estate contract details into our title agency software.
  • Communicate professionally with real estate agents, buyers, and sellers via email and phone in both English and Portuguese.
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle and protect sensitive information in compliance with industry standards.
  • Stay highly organized, manage documents, and perform administrative tasks such as mailing and filing

Requirements:

  • Must be able to become a notary
  • Must be fluent in English and Portuguese – both spoken and written.
  • Strong attention to detail – errors in data entry and documentation are not acceptable.
  • Excellent communication skills – clear, professional, and timely responses are expected.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Prior experience in real estate, title insurance, or administrative work is strongly preferred.
