Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the team
  • Manage office supplies, filing systems, and documentation
  • Support travel arrangements, scheduling, and calendar management
  • Assist with vendor coordination and basic office operations
  • Assist HR or marketing related events
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
