This position is initially temporary from April through October, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent role based on performance. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to manage various administrative tasks, and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Key *

Office *Manage office tasks such as maintaining records, handling phone inquiries, and providing general office support.

Salesforce * Use Salesforce to track and manage customer interactions, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.

Billing and *Handle billing tasks, ensuring the accuracy of invoices, payments, and financial records.

Team * Provide administrative support to the team as needed, assisting with various office duties to ensure the business runs smoothly.

Candidate *

Proven experience in office administration, with a focus on handling administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Technical ** Strong proficiency with Salesforce and other office software tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

Billing *Solid understanding of billing processes, invoicing, and general office administration.

Communication * Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.

Organizational *Must be dependable, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

** Ability to quickly adapt to the role and start immediately with minimal training.
