Office Administrator – Steel Fabrication Shop

We are a growing steel fabrication shop looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team.

This role is the backbone of our day-to-day operations—keeping the office running smoothly, supporting the shop, and helping us stay on track with projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and assisting walk-in customers
  • Organizing projects, documents, and schedules
  • Coordinating communication between office and shop
  • Assisting with general administrative and office tasks
  • Supporting project tracking and updates
  • Assisting with lead generation (outreach to potential clients, tracking inquiries, and helping bring in new project opportunities)

What we’re looking for:

  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Professional and friendly demeanor
  • Willingness to learn about metal fabrication and our workflow
  • Ability to multitask and stay on top of moving projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe (PDF editing, document management, etc.)

Bonus (not required):

  • Experience with Trello, Connecteam, Buildertrend, or BuildingConnected

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
