Duties
– Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

– Proficiency in office management software Works Database, QuickBooks , Word knowledge is advantageous.
– Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple responsibilities.
– Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
