Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Office Administrator to join our team. This role is essential to the daily operations of the dealership’s accounting office, with a strong focus on accounts receivable, financial accuracy, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and experienced in dealership office procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable, including posting payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on outstanding balances
- Prepare and submit invoices to customers, lenders, and manufacturers in a timely manner
- Assist with daily cash deposits and bank reconciliations
- Support month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Assist in processing deals, including verifying documentation and ensuring compliance
- Coordinate with sales, service, and parts departments to resolve discrepancies
- Handle general office duties such as filing, and data entry.
- Provide support to the Office Manager and Controller as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous automotive dealership office experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of accounts receivable and basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with dealership management systems (e.g. Dealertrack) is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Pay: $60,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
