Summary:

Good administration is the backbone for an efficient and successful business. Therefore, we are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and have a drive for accuracy. They will adapt quickly to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial management. They will possess exceptional organizational skills, are able to listen, follow directions, and yet is able to work independently with no supervision. Must be analytical, detail oriented, and be able to multi-task. They will have good communication skills written and verbal. They will support our remote bookkeeper with managing financial records and support our behind-the-scenes landscaping team with daily office functions efficiently. This position is part-time with potential to become full-time. We are a growing landscape and tree service company and there is potential for growth for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Requires a High School Diploma or equipment.

· Bilingual (Spanish/English)

· Microsoft Excel/Word

· Google drive

· QuickBooks Online

· Keen eye for detail

· 2yrs Administration Experience in the Service Industry (in the landscape industry is a plus)

· Payroll experience is a plus

· Fleet documentation management experience

Duties

· Will assist and support our remote bookkeeper/office manager in diverse tasks that will require using QuickBooks Online.

· Perform data entry tasks accurately, including filing, record keeping, and updating client information

· Receives payroll timesheets and enters bi-weekly payroll

· Oversees vehicle compliance and coordination of service needs

· Supports office management by receiving and sorting mail, proofreading documents, maintaining and organizing files and office supplies.

· Works on Job proposal systems and assists with project setup in scheduling systems

· Receives and enters check payments and performs bank deposits

Compensation

· Pay $30 – 35 per hour
