Job Title: Front Office Administrator
Overview of the Company:
We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator to join our growing organization. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. This position will play an integral role in the customer service and organizational strength of our company.
Hours:
Monday – Friday
9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
1-2 Saturdays a month (overtime)
9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Key Responsibilities:
– Answer program inquiries via email and phone
– Keep student records updated with schedules, payments, and job information
– Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
– Make sure student study/registration material is stocked (make copies when necessary)
– Welcome visitors and provide assistance as needed
Required Skills and Qualifications:
– Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant and/or sales role preferred
– Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
– Excellent organizational skills
– Knowledge of MS Office (Word/Excel)
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects
– Customer-service oriented
– 6+ months experience working in an office setting preferred
– Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
– Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
