Job Posting – Position Summary

Edge Rail & Screen is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist / Sales Support/ Production Coordinator

to support office operations, customer communication, and sales support functions.

Job Posting – Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls professionally
  • Greet customers and visitors
  • Respond to customer emails and inquiries
  • Coordinate appointments and scheduling
  • Support estimators and sales staff with project coordination
  • Assist with pricing support from blueprints and plans
  • Organize customer plans, drawings, and job files
  • Prepare production job packets and office paperwork
  • Assist with invoicing and administrative duties

Job Posting – Qualifications

  • Previous receptionist or office experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer and office software knowledge
  • Experience with construction or fabrication offices preferred

Job Description – Position SummaryThe Receptionist / Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily office operations while

assisting the sales and estimating departments.

Job Description – Primary Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage customer communication and scheduling
  • Assist with reviewing blueprints and plans
  • Support pricing preparation and estimating tasks
  • Organize job packets and production paperwork
  • Perform data entry and document management
  • Maintain office organization and filing systems
  • Support invoicing and clerical duties

Daily Tasks & Duties

  • Answer phones and respond to emails
  • Schedule appointments and meetings
  • Enter leads and customer information
  • Assist estimators with project paperwork
  • Organize blueprints and job files
  • Communicate project updates to customers
  • Prepare and organize job packets
  • Support office staff and management as needed

Performance Expectations

The Receptionist / Sales Support Coordinator is expected to maintain professionalism, provide

excellent customer service, support office efficiency, and help ensure projects move smoothly through

the sales and production process.
