Duties:
– Accounts Payable: processing supplier invoices
– Oversee office supplies and replinish as needed
– Handle incoming mail, packages, and telephone calls
– Provide clerical support to the team as needed
– Communicate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
– File and organize documents
– Process customer billing and assist with collection
– Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
– 10+ years general administrative experience
– Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to effectively file and organize documents
– Strong clerical skills, including data entry and record keeping

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
