Overview
Johnson Concrete Company is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and customer service functions. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting inventory and accounting processes, and providing processional communication between customers, drivers, and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Responsibilities
Primary job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the primary phone contact, answering and directing calls professionally
- Greet and assist walk-in customers as needed
- Transfer picking tickets to delivery tickets, ensuring all documentation is properly signed by the forklift driver, truck driver, and inspector
- Review and manage the daily delivery ticket list
- Prepare and process daily deposits
- Process resale-payable reports for Office Manager reviewal
- Enter resale and daily-production purchases into the inventory program
- Maintain and update raw material data
- Reconcile monthly credit card statements
- Provide general clerical and administrative support to office and operations staff

Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Microsoft Excel and Word experience required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of masonry, hardscapes, and/or homebuilding is a plus, but not required
