Key Responsibilities:
★ Provide high-level administrative support to management and team members.
★ Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
★ Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
★ Prepare reports and presentations related to our sustainable water solutions.
★ Handle correspondence and communication with clients and vendors.
★ Manage office supplies and inventory.
Qualifications:
★ Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
★ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), QuickBooks, and Housecall Pro.
★ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
★ Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
★ Passion for sustainability and innovative solutions in the beverage industry.
