Job Summary
We are seeking an entry level Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a small office environment.

Duties

  • Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with professional phone etiquette.
  • Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, transferring or taking messages as needed.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial tracking.
  • Organize and file documents systematically, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
  • Proofread correspondence, reports, and documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Handle clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and preparing reports.
  • Offer personal assistant support as needed.

Skills

  • Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn basic QuickBooks skills for bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems.
  • Attention to detail for proofreading documents and data entry accuracy.
  • Knowledge of office management procedures including filing systems, calendar management.

Pay: $15.00 – $20.00 per hour
