Summary: Blanc Nail Boutique is looking for talented and passionate Nail Artists to join our team of 11 technicians. We specialize in modern techniques (especially Gel) and maintain strict hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nail care services: Manicures, Pedicures, Gel Polish, Gel-X, or Hard Gel.
- Consult with clients on nail designs, colors, and current trends to match their personal style.
- Sanitation & Sterilization: Strictly follow tool disinfection protocols and maintain a clean workstation according to salon standards.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure trust and repeat business.
Requirements:
- Valid New Jersey State Board License.
- Experience: Preferred experience in modern Gel techniques.
- Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, strong aesthetic sense, honest, and a team player.
- Communication: Basic English to interact with and serve clients effectively.
2. Receptionist
Summary: As the "face" of Blanc Nail Boutique, the Receptionist ensures our first impression is excellent and keeps daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Appointment Management: Handle phone calls, book appointments via the POS system (Fresha/Mac), and coordinate schedules for 11 technicians.
- Client Hospitality: Warmly greet clients, assist with service selection, and offer refreshments.
- Transaction Processing: Efficiently handle check-outs, credit card processing, and cash handling.
- Operational Support: Maintain a tidy lobby area, monitor messages, and respond to client reviews.
Requirements:
- Communication: Fluent in English with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in computer use and quick problem-solving (e.g., managing a busy schedule or double bookings).
- Personality: Friendly, calm under pressure, and capable of multi-tasking.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or the beauty industry is a plus.
