Duties
- Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently
- Book, confirm, and modify client appointments using scheduling software and calendar management tools
- Maintain accurate records of client information, appointment history, and service preferences
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns promptly and courteously
- Support office management tasks such as organizing files, managing correspondence, and supporting team members as needed
- Demonstrate phone etiquette by maintaining professionalism during all client interactions and internal communications
Experience
- Strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
- Experience with front desk operations or reception duties in a salon or similar setting is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer support with strong communication skills
- Being interested in nails as well as beauty services is a plus.
