Salon Receptionist – Part-Time Evenings

Nu Nails is seeking a dependable, friendly, and professional Part-Time Salon Receptionist to support client experience during evening hours. You will be the first point of contact for clients — greeting guests, managing appointments, processing payments, and helping maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced salon environment.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable multitasking while providing a warm and welcoming experience for clients.
Schedule
Consistent core schedule:
- Tuesdays: 10:00 PM – 4:00 PM
- Thursdays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Fridays: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Additional coverage (as needed)
Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and check them in and out
- Manage, confirm, and adjust appointments
- Answer phone calls and client inquiries
- Process payments using POS system
- Send appointment reminders and review upcoming schedule
- Maintain organized and clean front desk area
- Assist with light cleaning, laundry, and salon upkeep
- Support smooth client flow during busy periods
- Learn and understand salon services to assist clients appropriately
