Role Description
The Multinational Program Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bratislava. The role involves providing administrative support, issuing local policies, calculating taxes, and assisting in the management of multinational programs. Responsibilities include document preparation, communication with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating program-related activities, and maintaining organized records. The assistant will be a key point of contact, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication within the team to support the success of program initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication capabilities
- Proficient in Insurance Program Management and Insurance/ Reinsuranxe Administrative Assistance
- Insurance/ Reinsurance experience minimum 2 years
- High organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., MS Office Suite)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently as required
- Prior experience in program coordination or administrative roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
- Based in Bratislava
