Job Description:
Paramount Home Health Care is seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate employee who can perform multiple roles, including Office Assistant and Caregiver to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role is ideal for someone who is experienced in both administrative office work and hands-on caregiving. The selected candidate will support daily office operations while also providing Home Health Aide (HHA) /Care giving services to clients when needed.
Paramount Home Health Care is seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate employee who can perform multiple roles, including Office Assistant and Caregiver to join our growing team. This unique hybrid role is ideal for someone who is experienced in both administrative office work and hands-on caregiving. The selected candidate will support daily office operations while also providing Home Health Aide (HHA) /Care giving services to clients when needed.
This position requires flexibility, professionalism, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care both in the office and in patients’ homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Duties:
- Answer phone calls and assist with client and staff inquiries
- Schedule caregivers and coordinate patient services
- Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and compliance tracking
- Support general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations
Caregiving Duties:
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Schedule:
- Flexible schedule (combination of office hours and field visits)
- Must be available to cover shifts as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in both office administration and caregiving (Home Health Aide or similar role)
- Valid HHA certificate or CNA license preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
