Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Prepares and submits customer invoices.
- Codes and posts invoices in the accounting system.
- Researches and resolves payment discrepancies.
- Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
- Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
- Processes weekly accounts payable payments in the accounting system.
- Checks, verifies, and enters invoices for payment.
- Sorts, codes, and enters accounts payable data.
- Analyzes discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
- Collects, confirms, and processes timesheets.
- Provides administrative support to the Accounting Supervisor.
- Finds and utilizes accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies.
- Performs filing and general administrative tasks.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
- Excited about construction projects and completing assignments on time.
- Self‑oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.
- Comfortable working at a project site in Los Angeles

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive compensation: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour.
