Key Responsibilities and Skills

  • Prepares and submits customer invoices.
  • Codes and posts invoices in the accounting system.
  • Researches and resolves payment discrepancies.
  • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
  • Maintains financial security by following internal controls.
  • Processes weekly accounts payable payments in the accounting system.
  • Checks, verifies, and enters invoices for payment.
  • Sorts, codes, and enters accounts payable data.
  • Analyzes discrepancies and unpaid invoices.
  • Collects, confirms, and processes timesheets.
  • Provides administrative support to the Accounting Supervisor.
  • Finds and utilizes accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies.
  • Performs filing and general administrative tasks.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of working in construction and/or transportation.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
  • Excited about construction projects and completing assignments on time.
  • Self‑oriented, organized, a great communicator, and approachable.
  • Comfortable working at a project site in Los Angeles
    .

Compensation and Benefits

Competitive compensation: $32.00 – $37.00 per hour.
